We are so excited to host a panel on breaking into finance from nontraditional backgrounds this Thursday in Uris 140 from 8-9 PM. Panelists will feature women from Morgan Stanley, Blackstone, and J.P. Morgan. Join us to hear about our panelists' paths to finance and their advice on entering the industry!

Taylor Ryan joined Morgan Stanley in 2017 and serves as Vice President on the Municipal Underwriting Syndicate Desk. She joined Morgan Stanley following her graduation from Hamilton College in 2017, where she was a Public Policy major and Mathematics minor, as well as a 4-year member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. Taylor is currently enrolled at Columbia Business School.
Madeline Barcia is an Associate within the Institutional Client Solutions Group at Blackstone. She joined Blackstone from Goldman Sachs, where she worked on the Alternative Capital Markets team for 2.5 years. Madeline graduated from Colgate University with a BA in Political Science.
Anna Kothuis is a second year Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Grade Finance group, focusing on the TMT industry. Anna is a Columbia college alum from the class of 2022. She received a degree in Classics and East Asian Languages and Cultures (Chinese)
